Are you new to the area of Esbjerg, Ribe og Bramming? At the library you can find quiet spots, meet people and borrow books, movies, music, magazines and much more.

The Danish public libraries are open for everyone, and it is free to register as a member and use the library’s services. Just ask us. We’ll be happy to help you get started.

Digital services

With your library membership you gain free access to e-books, audiobooks, movies, newspapers, magazines and online reference works. You can also take digital language courses. You can use many of the services from home - when it suits you.

For families

Bring the children along. At the library, children can read, play and discover new stories. We help you find books that match your child’s age, language ability and interests. Be sure to visit the Legeteket, our educational toy library, where you can borrow educational toys and language-development materials that support both play and learning.

For students

Do you need quiet space to read or work? Use our study spaces, wi-fi and digital services – or ask a librarian for help with finding trustworthy information.
